There can be an implied sense of unease with borders. A place where inside and out meet, generating an unavoidable confrontation. On the verge of this border, though, no real sign of opposition was intended. The centre, the nucleus of its circular identity is elsewhere, whilst the bright light - that immerse the apparently separated sides - is everywhere.
